Q3 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Marshall County?

There were three offenders released on parole during the third quarter of 2019 that live in Marshall County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Peoria Standard.

The data shows that all of the released offenders in Marshall County were men. The median age of the parolees was 36. The youngest parolee was a 24-year-old man sentenced for a crime against a person in 2017, and the oldest was a 45-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2019.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Christian Krafft. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2017 when he was 21 years old. He is now 24.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the third quarter of 2019 in each Marshall County municipality with at least one parolee in the quarter.
