City of Peoria Public Building Commission met May 28.

Here is the minutes provided by the commission:

The regular meeting of the board of Commissioners of the Public Building Commission of Peoria was via telephone per Covid-19 executive order No. 5- Section 6

The following Commissioners were present:

R. Laukitis           K. Casper            Mr. Leitch

S. Sorrell             B. Meginnes

Attending: Attorney Roy Davis

Mr. Thomas joined at I 0:05AM

There being a quorum present, the meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman R. Laukitis at l 0:00 A.M.

Minutes of the meeting for April 23, 2020 had been distributed to the Commissioners prior to the meeting. Mr. Casper asked to amend, ''subject to audit review" under Financial

Reports to be removed. Mr. Leitch made a motion to approve amended minutes, seconded by Mr. Meginnes and unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.

The Financial Reports for April 30, 2020 presented by Mr. Laukitis for approval. Mr. Casper made the motion to accept the financial report presented seconded by Mr. Meginnes and was unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.

Mr. Laukitis presented the Investment Report as of April 30, 2020. A motion to approve the Report as presented made by Mr. Casper, seconded by Mr. Leitch, and unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.

Mr. Thomas joined the meeting.

May Invoices relative to Peoria Public Schools & General Administrative Expenditures presented for approval by Mr. Casper.

(List oflnvoices inserted in Master Minutes)

A motion to approve for payment the invoices as presented was made by Mr. Casper, seconded by Mr. Leitch, and carried with 6 Ayes and 0 Nays.
