Havana home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Havana fell by $23,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,750 - a 26.4% decrease over the $88,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Havana in the second quarter of 2019.
