Chillicothe Community Fire Protection District responded to 108 calls in 2018, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Chillicothe Community included 74 fires - 22 structure fires, eight vehicle fires and 44 other fires.

In all, the department saw $359,500 in fire loss - or about $4,858 per fire.

The department also received 34 false calls, including one malicious call and 33 other false calls.

The calls resulted in one civilian fire-related death. Additionally, one fire service member was injured in fire-related incidents.

The Chillicothe Community Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $143,020 in 2018.
