Mason City home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Mason City rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $85,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mason City in July 2019.
