Woodford County Conservation, Planning & Zoning Committee met Aug. 18.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
1. Call to Order: Mr. Parsons called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Jason Spence, Don Tolan, Blake Parsons were present. Charles Nagel and Justin Faulk, was excused.
3. Approval of July 13, 2020, minutes: Motion was made by Spence to approve the minutes, seconded by Tolan.
Motion Carried.
4. Public Input: None
5. Planning and Zoning Issues:
a) Kissinger subdivision plat approval Mr. Parsons asked if there was any concerns with the plat. Ms. Jording noted there were not any concerns.
Motion was made by Spence to approve the plat, seconded by Tolan. Motion Carried.
b) Kent subdivision plat approval Ms. Jording explained this is a subdivision plat due to the easement of access. She noted she believes they plan to share the entrance with the neighboring property. No other concerns were seen.
Motion was made by Spence to approve the plat, seconded by Tolan. Motion Carried.
9. Adjournment
Mr. Tolan made the motion to adjourn at 6:17 p. m., seconded by Spence. Motion Carried.
