City of Canton issued the following announcement on Jan. 15.
On Monday, January 18, City of Canton offices will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Monday's garbage route will be picked up on Tuesday, along with Tuesday's regular route. Pick-up times may vary from the usual time, so residents are asked to have their garbage out by 7:00 am so they won't be missed.
