City of Elmwood issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
Due to difficulties this month, the City of Elmwood is manually reading and entering the water meter reads this month. This is taking a little bit more time than usual. We do apologize for the inconvenience. And we will get them mailed out to each resident as soon as we can.
