City of Peoria Public Building Commission met Oct. 22
Here is the minutes provided by the commission:
The regular meeting of the board of Commissioners of the Public Building Commission of Peoria was via telephone per Covid-19 executive order No. 5- Section 6
The following Commissioners were present:
D. Leitch K. Casper
C. Thomas S. Sorrel
Attending: Attorney Roy Davis
There being a quorum present, the meeting was called to order by Treasurer K. Casper at 10:00 A.M.
Minutes of the meeting for September 24, 2020 had been distributed to the Commissioners prior to the meeting. Mr. Thomas made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Mr. Leitch and unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.
The Financial Reports for September 30, 2020 presented by Mr. Casper for approval. Mr. Thomas made the motion to accept the financial report presented seconded by Mr. Leitch and was unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.
Mr. Casper presented the Investment Report as of September 30, 2020. A motion to approve the Report as presented made by Mr. Leitch, seconded by Mr. Thomas, and was unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.
October Invoices relative to Peoria Public Schools & General Administrative Expenditures presented for approval by Mr. Casper.

A motion to approve for payment the invoices as presented was made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Leitch, and carried with 4 Ayes and 0 Nays
Mr. Casper presented the recommendations from the Nominating Committee for 2020-2021 fiscal year.

There being no other business a motion to adjourn made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by by Mr. Leitch, and unanimously approved by the Commissioners present.
