City of Delavan issued the following announcement on Feb. 5.
The City of Delavan is seeking sealed bids for a used Generator. The Generator will be sold as-is and is described as an Onan 60-Kilowatt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 120/ 240 Volts Generator with a 3.9 Cummins Engine, installed in 1988 and is currently not running due to failed computer board. Successful bidder will be responsible for transporting Generator from its current location. Sealed Bids are due no later than 4:30 pm on Monday, February 15th. No late bids will be accepted. The outside of the envelope must be marked “generator bid”. Bids will be opened and an award made at the February 16th City Council Meeting. Minimum bid is $500.
