Rising home prices in El Paso in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in El Paso rose by $67,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 113.6% increase over the $59,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in El Paso in November 2019.
