C1. The Treasurer report consisting of the Bank and CD's Portfolio for the month of October 2020 and Revenue & Expenditure Reports for the month of September 2020.
C2. The Auditor's report of expenditures from Accounts Payable system is accessible at www.peoriacounty.org/auditor/transparency.
C3. A resolution (items 1-8 conveyances; 9 reconveyance; 10 surrender) from your Ways and Means Committee recommending that the County Board Chairman be authorized and directed to execute deed of said property to the highest bidder, and be authorized to cancel the appropriate Certificates of Purchase. This resolution shall be effective ninety days from December 10, 2020 and any transaction between the parties involved not occurring within this period shall be null and void.
C4. A joint resolution from your Executive Committee and your Infrastructure Committee recommending approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Illinois for a 5-year lease of County owned office space at One Technology Plaza.
C5. A resolution from your Executive Committee recommending settlement of Central District of Illinois Civil lawsuit in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
C6. A resolution from your Public Safety and Justice Committee recommending approval of a one-year contract extension with the Peoria County Veterinary Medical Association for veterinarian services and Deputy Administrator responsibilities for PCAPS, for a term effective January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

V. ZONING ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS
1. A resolution from your Public Safety and Justice Committee recommending approval of the FY 2021 State’s Attorney’s Appellate Prosecutor Agreement.
2. A resolution from the Chairman of County Operations Committee and the County Administrator recommending approval of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Peoria County and AFSCME Council 31/Local 3473. (Poll Vote per Rules of Order, Article V, Section 18C)

A resolution from your County Operations Committee recommending adoption of a 25% increase in the Peoria County Employee Health Plan Premium for the Standard PPO $2,000 Plan, the Qualified High Deductible Health Plan, and the IMRF Medicare Eligible Retiree Plan; and a 50% premium increase for the Standard PPO $500 Plan and Non-Qualified High Deductible Health Plan, effective January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
