The South Point Park tennis courts and basketball court need to be repaired and refinished as it has been 15years. The estimates to do all 3 courts are $39,950 and $40,550. The expected lifespan should be 15-20 years. The tennis courts will also have lines for pickle ball. Brucker motioned and Moore 2nd to allow Scott to sign a contract to get on the project list. If the project does not get approved during the budget season, there will not be a penalty from the company if they are notified before the work begins. A voice vote was taken and passed with all ayes.

A dog park was discussed. Colton said that the fenced in areas are typically150’x150’. Benches would cost approximately $500-$600, garbage cans approximately $600-$900 and the fence approximately $19,000-$26,000 . A decision will still need to be made on location.

Kilpatrick motioned to adjourn and Moore 2nd. The meeting was adjourned at7:15 PM.
