Median home prices in Eureka fell to $124,250 in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Eureka fell by $33,550 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,250 - a 21.3% decrease over the $157,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Eureka in December 2019.
