2020: Home prices in El Paso increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in El Paso rose by $15,750 while total sales increased by 34.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,750 - a 15% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in El Paso in 2019.
