10.II. Adoption of Ordinance Number 4557 on its Second Reading - (AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE EAST PEORIA DOWNTOWN OVERLAY DISTRICT AND RENAMING THE OVERLAY DISTRICT AS THE EAST PEORIA LEVEE OVERLAY DISTRICT.)

10.III. Approval of Ordinance Number 4559 - (AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PROVISION OF THE EAST PEORIA ZONING CODE TO ADDRESS SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY).

10.IV. Approval of Ordinance Number 4560 - (AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 617 FONDULAC DRIVE IN THE CITY OF EAST PEORIA, TAZEWELL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.) (Special Use for a short-term rental use for residential property zoned “R-1, One Family Dwelling District”.)

10.V. Approval of Ordinance Number 4561 - (AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 105 SANFORD STREET IN THE CITY OF EAST PEORIA, TAZEWELL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.) (Changing the zoning classification of the Property from "M 3, Manufacturing District, Transitional" to "R-4, Multiple-Family Dwelling (Residential) District".)

10.VI. Adoption of Resolution Number 2021-114 - Resolution to hold a Public Hearing on April 6, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. to give interested citizens the opportunity to provide written or oral comments on the proposed Appropriation Ordinance and the Proposed Working Cash Budget for the fiscal year May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.

10.VII. Adoption of Resolution Number 2021-118 - Resolution Authorizing the City Attorney’s Office to Intervene in a Case before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board regarding property with Parcel Identification Number 01-01-32-414-008.

11. COMMISSIONER DECKER:

11.I. Approval of Resolution Number 2021-121 - Resolution allocating $875,000 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for the 2021 Street Maintenance Program and confirming and approving 2021 Engineering Extension Agreement with Patrick Meyer & Associates and associated rate of compensation for engineering services related to the 2021 Street Maintenance Program.

11.II. Approval of Resolution Number 2021-117 - Resolution Approving an Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for Route 116 Roadway and Signal Improvement Project.

11.V. Adoption of Resolution Number 2021-116 – Resolution to approve a Separation Agreement for Retirement between the City of East Peoria and David Zerwer, Foreman in the Streets Department of Public Works, effective at the end of the day on March 31, 2021.
