(Changing the zoning classification of the Property from "M 3, Manufacturing District, Transitional" to "R-4, Multiple-Family Dwelling (Residential) District".)

10.VI. Adoption of Resolution Number 2021-114 - Resolution to hold a Public Hearing on April 6, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. to give interested citizens the opportunity to provide written or oral comments on the proposed Appropriation Ordinance and the Proposed Working Cash Budget for the fiscal year May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.

10.VII. Adoption of Resolution Number 2021-118 - Resolution Authorizing the City Attorney’s Office to Intervene in a Case before the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board regarding property with Parcel Identification Number 01-01-32-414-008.
