Roanoke home prices fell in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Roanoke fell by $61,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,750 - a 48.2% decrease over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Roanoke in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Roanoke for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,530, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
