A. La Mexicanita Grocery, 38835 N. Sheridan Road (continued from August 5, 2021)

Petitioner, Ruben Hernandez, is requesting approval of a Planned Development to establish and operate a grocery store with carryout food service in the Sheridan Road Corridor Overlay District (underlying zoning B-1, Business District 1) per Chapter 7, Planned Development, and Section 4.0.2, Sheridan Road Corridor Overlay District, of the Village of Beach Park Zoning Ordinance and including any variances from bulk, setback, dimensional, and landscaping standards as may be needed to be in compliance with the Village of Beach Park Zoning Ordinance.

B. The Original Tony’s Landscaping, 39122 N. Green Bay Road

Petitioner, Antonio Arizmendi, dba The Original Tony’s Landscaping, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a “Contractor’s Equipment Storage Yard” per Section 4.3.3 of the Village of Beach Park Zoning Ordinance and any Variances from bulk, setback, dimensional, and landscaping standards as may be needed to be in compliance with the Village of Beach Park Zoning Ordinance.
