Home prices decreased in Channahon (Will County) during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Channahon in Will County fell by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $283,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Channahon in the third quarter of 2020.
