On Sept. 30, Jeremy E. Kelley purchased a home at 109 Brentwood Drive, E. Peoria from Eugene M. and Ruth C. Rosine for $140,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,551.26, 2.54% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of six sales so far in East Peoria in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ruth C. Rosine has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Eugene M. Rosine has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
