October 2021: Home prices in El Paso increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in El Paso rose by $24,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in El Paso in October 2020, as well.
