Peoria home prices rose in March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Peoria rose by $9,250 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were 214 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,250 - a 9.4% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in Peoria in March 2021.
