Pricing for the median home in Bellevue decreased during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Bellevue fell by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 18.4% decrease over the $73,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bellevue in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Bellevue for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,680, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
