4. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

5. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

6. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

7. Approval of semi-monthly bills.

8. Discussion of District 140 projects as they relate to stormwater.

9. Consideration of planning pickleball court placement.

10. Consideration of allowing District 140 Cross Country’s placement of signage honoring runners.

11. Mayor’s appointments of Nancy Aldridge and Kim Holmes for three-year appointments to Eureka Liquor Commission, Barb Wertz and Erin Ziegenhorn for five-year appointments to Eureka Planning Commission, and Lynn Hinnen as Treasurer for Eureka Police Pension.
