April: Home prices in Mackinaw increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Mackinaw rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 200 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 1.5 percent increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mackinaw in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Mackinaw for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,143, approximately 1.9 percent of the median home sale price for April.
