Pricing for the median home in Wilmington decreased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Wilmington fell by $56,000 while total sales increased by 57.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 21.5 percent decrease from the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wilmington in May 2021.
