The request is to receive a variance to allow different yard requirements on the east, west, and north side of a proposed building. Under City Ordinance in Chapter 315-76 Limited Industrial LI District, section B and C required yards, side yards shall be required at least 30 feet in width, and rear yard is required 30 feet in depth or 1/3 the structure height, whichever is greater.
