Q3 2022 Recap: 1 parolee from Mason County convicted of financial crimes or fraud set for release

There was one offender convicted of a financial crime or fraud living in Mason County released on parole during the third quarter of 2022, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Peoria Standard.

The data shows the released offender was a woman. She was convicted in 2022 when she was 43 years old. She is now 44.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The following table shows how many offenders convicted of financial crimes or fraud were paroled during the third quarter of 2022 in each Illinois county.
