Fayette County Consolidated Election Day is three weeks away, on April 4

Fayette County municipal officials, including mayors, village board members and school board members, are on the ballot on April 4, the first Tuesday in April.

A total of 96 candidates will compete for 37 municipal offices, including seven contests for city and village, four for park, fire and library boards and 20 for school boards.

There are no voter referendums on the April 4 ballot.

In 2021, the last Fayette County Consolidated Election, it had 13,607 registered voters and 2,678 cast ballots, or 19.68 percent.

In the 2019 Fayette County Consolidated Election, it had 13,736 registered voters and 3,092 cast ballots, or 22.51 percent.
