St. Clair County Consolidated Election Day is two weeks away, on April 4

St. Clair County municipal officials, including mayors, village board members and school board members, are on the ballot on April 4, the first Tuesday in April.

A total of 295 candidates will compete for 113 municipal offices, including 27 contests for city and village, 17 for park, fire and library boards and 40 for school boards.

There are no voter referendums on the April 4 ballot.

In 2021, the last St. Clair County Consolidated Election, it had 186,948 registered voters and 24,729 cast ballots, or 13.23 percent.

In the 2019 St. Clair County Consolidated Election, it had 187,001 registered voters and 24,221 cast ballots, or 12.95 percent.
