c. Review and recommend to Council payment to Tazewell County Asphalt for emergency mill and overlay the north section of Arthur alley in the amount of $13,770.00 (line item: 15-00-860)

d. Review and recommend to Council payment to Tazewell County Asphalt for emergency mill and overlay the south section of Arthur alley in the amount of $19,305.00 (line item: 15-00-860)

e. Review and recommend to Council payment to R.A. Cullinan and Son for seal coating and fog seal on multiple streets in the amount of $36,661.69 (line item: 01-41-860)
