On Friday, March 1, former Brother Rice High School standout Tom Verran’s current college team, the Illinois Central Cougars, lost 11-6 in their NJCAA game against the Southeastern Blackhawks.

The game took place in Millington, Tennessee. This was their second matchup against the Southeastern Blackhawks this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 2 at 3 p.m. in Perkinston, Mississippi against Mississippi Gulf Coast Bulldogs.
