Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 26, the intersection of E Arcadia Avenue and N Wisconsin Avenue will close to all traffic. The closure is necessary for storm sewer installation and pavement reconstruction work and is scheduled to last until Thanksgiving.
Eastbound and westbound traffic on E Arcadia Avenue should utilize E McClure Avenue as the detour route.
Access to the Wisconsin Plaza Shopping Center will be maintained. Entry into the Wisconsin Plaza Shopping Center should be done so from E Archer Avenue when entering from the east, or E Arcadia Avenue when entering from the west.
Drivers should exercise caution in the area and be mindful of this closure, as well as other closures on N Wisconsin Avenue. The use of alternative routes is advised.
