c. Motion to authorize payment to Fence Peoria for the new City Hall fencing in the amount of $11,616.15 (line item: 20-00-820)
d. Motion to authorize payment to Teufel Hunden Electronics for system monitoring contract as approved by Council on March 25, 2025 in the amount of $7,600.00 (line item: 20-00-820)
e. Motion to recommend to Council payment to C.J.L. Landscaping, Inc. for landscaping services as approved by Council on April 8, 2025, in the amount of $40,784.80 plus an addition $2,497.70 (Total $43,264.50) (line item: 20-00-820)
f. Motion to approve Change Order #05 for the new City Hall in the amount of $14,417.00 (line item: 20-00-820)
