There were 12,960 white students enrolled in Peoria County school districts in the 2023-24 school year, 2.3% more than the previous year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

Data showed that white students made up 47.9% of the 27,079 students in the county. They were the most represented ethnicity.

Among the 18 districts in Peoria County, Dunlap Community Unit School District 323 recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2023-24 school year, with a total of 2,761 students.
