Sidewalk construction is underway at the intersection of Fulton Street and S.W. Jefferson Avenue, with work taking place on both the northwest and northeast corners. As a result, sidewalks at these locations are closed, and pedestrians are advised to use alternative intersections for crossing.

Access to key facilities such as the Twin Towers Parking Deck and City Hall’s parking lot remains open. Drivers are instructed to enter these lots from S.W. Monroe Street.

On-street parking in the area is subject to restrictions, which are clearly marked. Available parking meters without covers can be used for parking, while any meters covered with “No Parking” signs indicate that parking is not permitted in those spots.

Further changes to parking, lane usage, and sidewalk access are expected as the Adams Street and Jefferson Avenue One-Way to Two-Way (OWTW) Conversion Project continues.

Motorists are urged to remain alert for workers in the construction zone and adhere to all posted no-parking areas. The public is encouraged to exercise additional caution when traveling through this area.
