City of El Paso Zoning Board of Appeals met Oct. 16.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
The City of El Paso Zoning Board Meeting was called to order at 6:03 pm by Chairman Chris Gentes.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll call was taken with members Chris Gentes, John Landrus and Josh Gray present.
Absent was Mary Wilkey.
Others present were Administrative Assistant Sandee Kessinger, and Cody & Gabriella Persic.
A special use permit is being requested to allow a dog kennel for the property at 47 E. 2nd Street. Certified letters were sent previously to neighbors informing them of the request & meeting date and no one contacted City Hall regarding this. Gabriella stated that they are currently planning to have 4 dog’s total.
A motion was made by Gentes to recommend the City Council approve the special use permit. Landrus seconded and a voice vote was taken of all ayes.
A motion was made by Landrus to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 6:06 pm.
