The Dunlap Community Unit School District 323 Board of Education met July 7.

OPEN SESSION MINUTES

Board President Dawn Bozeman brought the meeting to order at 5:00 pm and asked that the roll be called. Those present for the Board of Education were D. Bozeman, K. Disharoon, T. Holshouser, P. Park, B. Rhee and B. Zowin. Absent was C. Bluth. Present for the administration was Dr. Parker and Mrs. Beverlin.

Following roll call, Mrs. Bozeman asked that those present stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mrs. Bozeman stated that the Board would open the floor to public participation and asked if anyone would like to address the Board. No one addressed the Board.

Mrs. Bozeman asked for a motion to adjourn to closed session.

B. Rhee moved to adjourn to closed session as stated in the Open Meetings Act: the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body. Second by K. Disharoon. Roll call vote. Bozeman, Disharoon, Holshouser, Park, Rhee, Zowin – Aye. Nays – none. Motion carried. Time: 5:01 pm.

C. Bluth joined the meeting via audio at 5:01 pm.

K. Disharoon moved to reconvene to open session. Second by P. Park. Voice Vote. Aye: 7. Nay: 0. Motion carried. Time: 5:34 pm.

The Board reconvened to open session at 5:34 pm.

Mrs. Bozeman asked for a motion to approve the Human Resources Consent Agenda for the 2015-16 school year as presented.

P. Park moved to approve the Human Resources Consent Agenda for the 2015-16 school year as presented. Second by B. Zowin. Mrs. Bozeman asked if there was any discussion. There was no discussion. Roll call vote: Bluth, Bozeman, Disharoon, Holshouser, Park, Rhee, Zowin – aye. Nays – none. Motion carried.
