Attorney Josh Herman was not present for this meeting.
ROLL CALL: William Roberson, Russ Trantina, and Kelly Rendleman.
Note: Mary Melaga, Kenny Pierce, and Brent Modglin were absent. Quorum was not met.
GUESTS: Darrin Rendleman
Due to no quorum for a meeting, Russ Trantina, seconded by Kelly Rendleman, made a motion to adjourn.
All approved.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
