The Land Use and Infrastructure Committee considers matters concerning a) public infrastructure in the County including public roads and bridges; airports, railroads, and public transit systems; pipelines, transmission lines, and other regulated common carriers, b) land use regulation including building inspections; zoning and land use planning, and c) it shall review cases referred by the Zoning Board of Appeals to the County Board and make recommendations thereon.
