Shane House- here about the donation $5000.00 & donating
equipment and some products needed if possible for school

Terry Elston- asked about David Crum he never showed up to
court-Lane will file a formal complaint and have sheriff serve
them thru summons office. We are going to handle Anderson,
Morris issues the same way.
Jim Strube -asked for village to pay 510.00 for street light that
he was billed but light is on village right away. There was
discussion from board about paying half put on agenda 1/24/17.
Steve Wilson-414 main repairs it has a room that stays cold suggested
we insulate & drywall around $400.00 in materials Chad
motioned-2nd-Aaron- all in favor.
Dean-asked about franchise agreement with comcast-we don't
have an formal meeting set up at this time. Everything will stay
the same for now.
Francis-asked about Mckenrick on Byron ct- officer we are still
keeping on it.

MFT 2017 budget-Chad motioned-2nd-Marty- all in favor.
Terry Johnson- Crabtree we have had some complaints we wrote
tickets.
Jeff Morris will be in village going to doors about painting # on
curbs he has permission from Sheriff Dept.
Officer Andrews- nothing really going on. Lock doors and leave
outside lights on.
