Arbogast made a motion seconded by Gilles to issue a letter to all residents on Alma Court asking them to be courteous of their neighbors, and to provide safe use of the road by parking as close to their property as possible therefore leaving the roadway clear for use. Motion carried.

New Business-The Brimfield Area Men’s Club is highly motivated to help construct a building at the Village Park that would consist of a concession area, storage area and running water bathrooms. It has been determined that by Village ordinances this building could operate on a septic system instead of being required to connect to the Village sewer system. This would extremely lower costs. The amount of monies offered by the Men’s Club have not yet been determined. An area resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, is interested in seeing the park develop further and is offering to assist financially as well. The Village currently has allocated $10,000 in its budget for park improvements. President Fishel would like the Board to approve allocating up to an additional $10,000 in order to proceed with this development.
