Member Williams moved to approve the Agenda as presented with a second from Member Clark. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

A notice from Kone was presented to the board on a change in how scheduling inspections would be done in the future. No opinion or discussion was made on the notification.

5. Acceptance of Minutes of Previous Meeting

Member Clark moved to approve the Minutes as presented with a second from Member Williams. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.

Member Williams moved to approve the Claims as presented with a second from Member Deushane. No discussion was made. The Motion carried by voice vote with all voting ayes.
