Petition No. 17-08 SP: Luxme Properties, LLC is requesting A Special Use Permit at the property located at 101 Walton Ave., zoned B-3. Requested special use permit will allow the construction of a 3-story hotel.
An ordinance Making Amendments Regarding the Definition of Interstate Corridor to Section 10-2-1 of the Morton Municipal Code, which ordinance would make a text amendment to modify the definition of Interstate Corridor.

Preliminary/Final Plats: Comfort Inn & Suites Subdivision a part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Seventeen (17) in Township Twenty-Five (25) North, Range (3) West of the 3" Principal Meridian, Village of Morton, Tazewell County, Illinois.
