2017-15-A County Wide Conservation, Planning and Zoning request amendment of Sections 5
and 25 and other applicable portions of the Woodford County Zoning Ordinance to set forth
provisions for a Zoning Board of Appeals Hearing Officer.
2017-17-S Cazenovia Township – Daniel Ford requests a Special use for a Type I camp at 1108
Banta Rd, Lowpoint, IL in the (AG) Agricultural District.
2017-18-V Metamora Township – Rod Schertz requests a variance in allowable lot maintenance
shed size on a 5 acre tract of land immediately north of 1583 Wiedman Rd in the Conservation
District.
