Village of Princeville Board met April 2.

1. Calling meeting to order & roll call.
2. Police report.
3. Approve minutes as published.
4. Approve treasurer’s report.
5. Paying of bills and additional bills.
6. Consider & vote to pay 2nd half of 2017 contract with Jacob & Kline.
7. Report from the Municipal Code Officer.
8. Any action needed regarding the MCO report.
9. Jimadores to address the Board for possible Cinco De Mayo event.
10. Consider & vote on resolution to close 100 block of N. Walnut Ave. on May 5th.
11. Dave Stear to address the Board for a liquor license for May 19th Troutman Park event.
12. Jake Wilson to address the Board for APFD liquor license for Heritage Days Beer Tent.
13. Kim Ely, Remax/Traders Realty, to address concerns with Aten Acres Phase 6 listing contract.
14. Consider & vote on Purchase Proposal for Aten Acres, Phase 6 Lot 19.
15. Committee reports.
16. Any action needed to be taken regarding committee reports.
17. Building permits.
18. Report from the Superintendent of Public Works.
19. Any other business to be brought before the Board.
