Havana Fire Department responded to 38 calls in 2017 - 46.2 percent more than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Havana included 15 fires - nine structure fires, one vehicle fire and five other fires. The fire department also responded to one call for ruptures, explosions or overheating.

The department also received 22 false calls, including one malicious call and 21 other false calls.

The Havana Fire Department had an annual budget of $85,206 in 2017.
