Byron Public Library District Board met Aug. 22.

Committee Members Present: Barb Clubb and David Conley
Also Present: Emily Porter, Director
Mrs. Clubb called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.
Trustees Clubb and Conley reviewed the secretary’s minutes for the year. The records were found to be complete and accurate.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 a.m.
