Median prices declined in Green Valley over last year, and are down 30.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 6 homes sold in Green Valley for a median price of $76,900. That's 62 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
