City of Delavan issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.
There will be a public meeting on December 11, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at Delavan City Hall for the purpose of allowing the Bradley University Marketing class the opportunity to present their findings of the community-wide resident and business surveys.
